ReplyDeleteWe purchased 24"x24" vetrified tiles from one of your dealer called SP Tiles & Sanitary, Thirumullaivoyal, Chennai. We got delivered the tiles on last Friday and he had recommended the labours also. Our builder has recommended the said Dealer since it very near to our building.
After laying the tiles, we found that the color difference between the tiles (light and dark shade) and there is no difference in design.
When we asked the Dealer, they said that it is companies fault and they are not responsible for anything.
We had an agreement with our builder for 60rupees per sqr.ft(Tiles Only). So we asked the Dealer about price before choosing the tiles and he was mentioning the below tiles price is Rs.56/- per sqr.ft. We believed that the quality will not be compromised since the price is little higher. So we asked our builder to place the order.
since the labours already laid the tiles; we are not in a position to return the tiles. The below is product details.

We were planned our House Warming ceremony on this 9th feb 2014 and our entire family was so happy about this ceremony. But all in vein because of KAGIndia and its Dealer.
We request you to give remedy on our concern..

ReplyDeleteI’m writing to you in regard to a purchase of park tiles I made from your company outlet “Bangalore Granite” in Pongummoodu, Kuvalassery Post Trivandrum - 695512. 3600 Sq ft of tiles were laid on the 09.05.2016, 3 days after the tiles were laid, I noticed discolouration on most of the tiles. They look stained and ruins the look of my drive way.
I immediately informed the dealer and Mr. Ravindran visited the premises and inspected the damage. He brought with him a stain remover and tried to remove the stain with no success. He called the Quilon (Kollam) office and spoke to Mr. JB Cletus, who came after a week to inspect the tiles and clicked couple of pictures of the stained /discoloured tiles and recorded the batch no.
He said he would inform head office and someone will get in touch with me to resolve the issue and that was over 10 days ago, I haven’t heard from anybody in your company. I telephoned Mr. Cletus again and he said someone would come and inspect the tiles but till date I haven’t had a trades person come to my premises to rectify the fault.
The stained tiles look ugly and this totally defeats the purpose of having a well tiled driveway.
I have spent around 2.5 lacs to lay the tiles and it is very upsetting the way your company has handled this issue. I purchase your company tiles as it’s An ISO 9001:2008 Certified company. I am very disappointed.
I kindly ask you to look into the issue and resolve it at the earliest.

KAG is a fraud company. Producing and selling low quality products. Post sale service is very very poor. They will not respond a complaint mails form the customers. I lost my money. So i requesting to everybody, dont buy KAG products.
